General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Brick Events Pty Ltd website brickevents.com.au . By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use brickevents.com.au if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Brick Events Pty Ltd's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

No use of Brick Events Pty Ltd logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

Tickets can only be sold by Bricks Events Pty Ltd or its agents.

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Brick Events Pty Ltd

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to event you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the event premises.


The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and conditions of attendance at the event:

  1. The price of one Event ticket is fixed. This figure is non-negotiable. Prices include GST where applicable.

  2. No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, Bricks Events Pty Ltd may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.

  3. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute events and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.

  4. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. Bricks Events Pty Ltd reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).

  5. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission, copies of which are available from Bricks Events Pty Ltd on request.

  6. Late arrival may result in non-admittance. Late arrivals may not be allowed entry. No refunds or exchange for late arrivals. No early entry nor pass outs allowed.

  7. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.

  8. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Bricks Events Pty Ltd or other authorised points of sale.

  9. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Bricks Events Pty Ltd and the seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Scalping warning: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets. Methods of collection and/or delivery will be available when choosing your collection/delivery details.

  2. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the venue.

  3. Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. Brick Events Pty Ltd has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Brick Events Pty Ltd will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

  4. The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the event starts on. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

  5. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

  6. If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Brick Events Pty Ltd has the sole and absolute right to:

i) reschedule the event, or

ii) issue a partial/full refund, or

iii) not issue any refunds.

  1. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

  2. If the Event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Brick Events Pty Ltd will be considered final.

  3. If the Event has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

  4. Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Brick Events Pty Ltd cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

  5. All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

  6. At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket. By purchasing event tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Brick Events Pty Ltd to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

  7. You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & entitlements related to it.

  8. Brick Events Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

  9. Brick Events Pty Ltd follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at the event and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

  10. Please note that you purchase of event tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

  11. In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Variation

Bricks Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a purchase after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.  Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser website. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of tickets.
